One patient context.
Intelligence across care.
Santhica brings fragmented clinical information into a shared context, so each encounter can inform the next.
Santhica Agents
Purpose-built assistance that turns context into the next action — including allergy and interaction checks at prescription review, and escalation of abnormal investigation results.
Longitudinal patient context
One patient story, built from information across encounters.
Clinical workflows
Outpatient care · Inpatient admission & treatment charts · Discharge · Ongoing follow-up
Data → patient context → intelligence → action → new context
Platform direction, shown at a high level. Capabilities and integrations are introduced in stages. *Connected-system integrations depend on the deployment; ABDM certification is on the roadmap.
Start with the way care happens.
Prescriptions, voice consultations, reports and hospital charts arrive in different formats. Santhica’s foundation is structured, FHIR-aligned information that can support a continuous patient record.
Inpatient treatment charts are handled as what they are: multi-day, multi-author records, where doctor orders, nursing administration and vitals each stay attributed and dated across the admission.
Build context. Then the agents act.
Clinical intelligence and documentation assistance use that shared history. Because the record holds discrete fields rather than free text, the platform can check a new prescription against recorded allergies and current medication, and raise an abnormal lab value for review rather than leaving it in an inbox.
Care-closure workflows are being developed to carry investigations, referrals and pending actions through to follow-up.
